Welcome to the Creative World of Jessica Esper

"I will never stop learning and pushing the limits of my creativity.  I'm constantly searching for new materials to paint and exciting projects to tackle.''

My Story

Jessica Esper, better known as The Graphix Chick, is a passionate creative expert from Washington D.C. working in the fields of graphic design, customization, illustration, painting, and photography.  Her original artwork contains bold, bright colors in a style that embodies clean sophistication.

A graduate of The Art Institute of Washington, Jessica’s designs have received both national and international recognition, to include awards from Adobe and Kidrobot.

As her portfolio demonstrates, Jessica’s preferred canvas is anything but paper!  Looking to inspire fans of her work, she created a YouTube channel, posts on Instagram to show her creative process and now teaches people how to paint custom toys in her Skillshare class here.

Another creative outlet for Jessica is through building in the game Fallout 76. You can view some of her creations on Youtube through her other channel, NukaViolet. She has been featured on various platforms for her unique builds including Games Radar and Fallout inspired designs on Bethesda Game studios.

Ever since entering into the world of macro photography, I have been fascinated with the details of nature. The patterns and colors are a huge inspiration to everything I create.

You'll find many patterns in my work including geometric shapes. I like to break down complex forms into simple shapes that are pleasing to the eye in repetition. I have done this countless times in many of my paintings and even perfected it into a form of meditation for myself.

My Workspace

Getting into a creative mind isn't easy. If I have all my supplies in random places where I can't find them I get easily distracted and unmotivated. Having an organized studio has been a top priority for me. I love color in my work. A paint rack front and center is something that helps me quickly pick colors for my next project and inspire new ideas for color schemes.
